The Passerine Hills Estate Retreat Experience offers full private access to The Martin House and surrounding grounds, blending the romance of a historic estate with curated local adventures. Guests will enjoy a week of Southern hospitality, fine dining, cultural experiences, and luxurious relaxation leading up to an unforgettable wedding day.
From personalized concierge service to bespoke excursions, The Passerine Estate Retreat is more than a wedding — it’s the beginning of your legacy together. Here is an example itinerary:
Day 1 – Arrival: Private estate welcome, champagne greeting, estate tour, relaxing evening.
Day 2 – Local Exploration: Curated visits to nearby towns; boutique shopping, vineyard tastings, and/or private chef welcome dinner.
Day 3 – Adventure or Spa Day: Morning horseback riding through the countryside or spa treatments arranged onsite or at a luxury spa partner.
Day 4 – Rehearsal + Celebration: Rehearsal ceremony on the estate, followed by a farm-to-table rehearsal dinner under the stars.
Day 5 – The Wedding Day: Full-day wedding event: private vows, estate ceremony, luxury dinner reception, and dancing.
Day 6 – Farewell Brunch: Relaxed Southern brunch for guests with mimosas and Tennessee specialties before departing.
Day 7 – Departure: Late checkout, estate staff handling transportation coordination, optional spa farewell gift basket.
